I spent an unhealthy amount of my early childhood playing Super Godzilla repeatedly.

Did Godzillasama make it here?

The scuttlebutt on the web is that the second monster is King Ghidorah (hey look. I spelled it right)

Makes sense as that would be what the "Minus Zero" or Monster Zero. That's clever. Also, I think that's Ghidorah that we hear at the end of the trailer.

Nah. It's Gravity Anguirus for sure.

May yet be wrong, but that's the sound at the end of the trailer.

I don't hear this in the trailer.

Nah. That's just Gravity Anguirus using his famous voice mimicry to trick Godzilla.

So, this movie is rated R for violence. And from I hear from people who got to see it early, it really earns that rating.

I am excited but trepidatious on this one. I liked the first one. Maybe even more that Shin Godzilla. So a follow up by the same director should be good, right?

Oh, how many times have we been burned by that logic, Ridley Scott?
