The guy being prayed for to have “integrity and honesty” launched a slew of outright lying political ads. In the clearest example of lying I've witnessed in this state, he falsely accused Democratic Governor Roy Cooper of releasing a murderer but that murder happened in South Carolina and the guy was arrested and sentenced in South Carolina. So that has nothing to do with the NC governor.

These people can't be trusted on any level, as they've proven time and time again. Even if they had good policies (spoiler: they don't), the chronic lying makes them untrustworthy and any sort of "tough on crime" messaging rings hollow because they openly protect Epstein pedophiles and criminal activity committed by the Trump regime.

First, they wouldn't work. Now, they'll work so well they'll drive everyone else out of business. Sounds legit.

The complaint frames the pricing policy as predatory, and was filed with backing from the America First Policy Institute, where Larry Kudlow is vice chair of the board.

The America First Agenda, include eliminating most civil service protections for federal employees, allowing summary dismissals without appeal; expanding domestic oil and gas production by opening up new federal lands for fast-tracked petroleum exploration and drilling, and resumed construction of the Keystone pipeline; imposing supervised ultrasound requirements and mandatory waiting periods before abortions, as well as ending federal funding for organizations like Planned Parenthood; opposing red flag laws that restrict gun ownership for high-risk individuals; and supporting nationwide reciprocity for concealed carry permits, enabling a permit from any state to authorize concealed carry across all 50 states.

The founding chairperson of the organization was Linda McMahon, who formerly served as Administrator of the Small Business Administration under Trump's first administration and currently serves as Secretary of Education under Trump's second administration.

All Trump appointees, including Linda McMahon, who somehow became Secretary of Education to a department Trump has repeatedly advocated eliminating. I'm sure their complaints are normal and reasonable and not politically-motivated at all.

The complaint argues that the roughly £51.6 million ($70 million) in city capital funding allocated to the five sites gives the municipal stores an unfair advantage, and alleges that the programme violates federal antitrust law.

Antitrust? That's a hell of a claim. Those five sites in a city of 8 million people must be going gangbusters to seriously threaten to corner the market. That's what, over a million customers per store? The math works out for that, doesn't it? Your local grocery store has over a million customers, right?

Also, wait till I tell the 11 corporations that own virtually all the products sold at grocery stores across the country about this. Plus Disney, Microsoft, almost every broadband ISP in the US, etc

Sad to see but I'd rather it be shut down than turned into a mockery of its original purpose. Trump and his accomplices are responsible for their poor stewardship of the Kennedy Center (and country) and self-aggrandizement at the expense of everything else and should be held responsible for this too when the political winds change.
