Wait till the oil reserves are gone. Late summer. It's gonna hit the fan. At some point the refineries will decide not enough incoming oil to keep it worth running. Remember the 70s shortages? TACO better make a deal fast, but I think Iran knows he's cooked and wants revenge, but will they get cooked first? It's a gamble for sure. Oil futures are sort of baking in a deal, because so far Trump backs down.

China's dictator brought up American decline (hard to argue with that) and praised what Trump's doing as a "miracle". I think the joke - at his expense - went over Trump's head.

I always wondered why the Trump regime seems so incompetent - one day they're talking peace, the next day there is fighting, then they're talking peace, then fighting again. Like a cat standing in the doorway. This indecision is profitable - every time, there is insider trading and polymarket bets - bets that miraculously come true.

Every day, these oligarchs are extracting wealth and going to fancy ballrooms and hobnobbing with billionaires and sleeping in mansions (or perhaps private islands) as regular Americans see prices rise. Who pays for this lavish lifestyle?

Fortune magazine is helpfully preparing Americans on what to do when greedy socialist Mamdani comes for your private jet(s)

Wow, it's been a while since I've read something so out of touch. I can practically visualize the "let them eat cake" double-page ad.

The rag is owned by billionaire Chatchaval Jiaravanon and the author is a private jet CEO (at least the rag has the decency to be upfront about that).

Nobody asked for this article and fewer still need it. It's just the rich trying to manipulate us poors into hating "socialism" (a state of affairs where they're marginally less wealthy)

The actual title is "Mamdani’s New York is coming to tax your private jet. Here’s how to prepare"

Yeah, I know what they can do: pay the tax.

Pay the fucking tax and they'll still be obscenely wealthy. Fucking weebs.
