Trump Orders Navy to Restore Older Tech on Aircraft Carriers, Costing Billions

Is... is this real? What is his goal, except to hobble the US military so Russia can invade?

Between dementia and Kremlin influence, it's anyone's guess why he does anything. The only sure fact is that these spineless people will never say no to him. And the only thing he's ever excelled at is causing chaos, so that's what we'll get.

A day in the life of a right-wing grifter: https://i.imgur.com/Gp2q7IT.mp4

* getting "news" from TV and social media - copying and pasting talking points and even fashion and mannerisms from one's favorite TV grifters (it's to show you aren't a sheep)

* glorifying violence and excusing violence on social media while not technically advocating for violence (keeps you from getting banned and/or facing real legal consequences)

* imaging a mythic past where everything was awesome for your specific demographic and then bemoaning almost every facet of modernity as a departure from this utopia (additionally: never reading a single history book or any other book except ones produced by right-wing grifters)

* imaging very specific scenarios (mandatory gay marriage, pop culture making people gay and/or trans, etc) and then getting mad about it (getting mad means you're right). Also, it's important to remember that rights are zero-sum, so other people getting them means yours are harmed somehow.

* simping for a dictator (dictators always make their country better and stronger, just ask anyone who's ever lived under a dictatorship)

* actively making the world a less peaceful, less prosperous place but sometimes getting paid for it (worth it)

'Imagine if Kamala Harris became the first female president of the United States and then tore down the East wing, obsessed about a ballroom, started a losing war with Iran, took away health care and food from children, raked in billions, fired everyone to put her friends in their positions, fell asleep on camera consistently, mouthed off on social media, openly prosecuted people she didn’t like without real cause, started a slush fund to fund domestic terrorists, and generally lied every second of the day. She wasn’t even allowed to laugh.

She was "transvesitaged" just for existing as Obama's wife. I think we need to sit down with right-wingers and explain the birds and the bees (before Andrew Tate does), that way they can finally figure out where kids come from.

But to your point, no Democrat would be afforded a tenth the latitude Trump gets daily. That's because no Democrat has a cult centered around them, the Dem base has red lines not to be crossed, and the DNC, though flawed, can still say no.

Any Democrat who had refused to concede an obviously failed presidential campaign like Trump did would be 86ed, as they should be. Let alone Jan 6 or forming a secret police or starting a war of aggression with no exit strategy and yelling at allies on twitter when it doesn't work like he thought.

I was dubious about this at first, hoping against hope that he's just an imbecile, but it's increasingly clear that he's a foreign agent. Nothing else is consistent with his actions and statements. I mean, why else would he be chummy with North Korea? The only thing they have going for them is that they're Russia's key ally. (also, really petty move to punish South Korea for not joining his stupid war)

He would be chummy with Kim Jong Un. He'd probably go over to Idi Amin's for dinner, if he could.
