I freeze them in one pound bags. Then when I make spaghetti or chili I run them through a blender real quick and toss them in as base. I think cherry maters are the best. Sometimes they can be a bit acidic ...

I planted a bit later this year so most seeded plants are still sprouting, corn is about 3-4” high green beans doing well. Carrots are coming in but they are slow growers. Got some red taters doing well, store bought peppers look real good. Peas are just sprouting. Cherry tomatoes looking good.
